Xeff-Connect Terms & Conditions

1. What Xeff-Connect Is

Xeff-Connect is a local directory and dispatch platform that connects residents of the Igbe Laara – Ginti Axis with independent service providers (riders, artisans, vendors, and other professionals). Xeff-Connect is a connector between customers and providers — it does not employ providers and is not a party to any service, sale, or transaction agreed between a customer and a provider.

2. Provider Responsibilities

• You confirm that all information you submit, including your name, contact details, and any license, plate, or identification details, is accurate and up to date.
• You are solely responsible for the quality, safety, legality, and conduct of the service you provide.
• Riders must hold a valid means of identification and, where applicable, a valid rider's license, and must provide accurate vehicle and guarantor information.
• Xeff-Connect reserves the right to suspend or remove any profile found to have provided false information or engaged in unsafe or fraudulent conduct.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for verifying a provider's suitability for their needs before engaging their services. Xeff-Connect facilitates introductions but does not guarantee the outcome of any transaction.

4. Data & Verification

Information collected at sign-up (including identification and guarantor details) is used solely to verify providers and improve trust and safety on the platform. It will not be sold or shared with third parties outside of what is required for verification and safe operation of the platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

Xeff-Connect is provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xeff-Connect is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or dispute arising from interactions or transactions between customers and providers.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated as the platform grows. Continued use of Xeff-Connect after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
